This week, I sit down with Lumbie Mlambo and Rachel Svetanoff of the global health non-profit called JB Dondolo. Lumbie is the President and CEO of JB Dondolo Inc while Rachel is the nonprofits Chief of Staff! The story of JB Dondolo is one that was started by love. It was the unconditional love of Lumbies father, her family, and the people around her. As you'll hear in this episode, Lumbie has a pure hearted humanitarian father who had passed away. He was uneducated but nevertheless gave unconditionally. He taught lumbie what it is to be a true leader and during this interview, you will feel the spirit of Lumbies father in the air.
